Customer Support and Product Warranty

Gallantry Technologies is in the business of building relationships with our valued customers. Providing superior customer support is our priority.

Customers and partners can obtain product and technical information 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

E-mail Support

If you still cannot find the answer to your question or the solution to your problem online, please send us an e-mail to support@gallantry.com with your comments or questions. E-mail questions will be answered within 48 hours.

Telephone Technical Support

  • Telephone Technical Support will be FREE for the first 90 days.
  • After the first 90 days, each Telephone Technical Support incident will be $75.
  • You can talk to customer service representatives or technical support representatives by calling (408) 232-0990 during the business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Pacific Time.

Product Warranty

Gallantry’s products are warranted against material and workmanship defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase by the end user. If a defect is discovered, Gallantry will repair or replace the Product, subject to the terms and conditions of the Product Warranty and Return Policy.

Software Upgrade Policy

In the event that Gallantry releases a new software version for its products, end users will have the following options:

  • End users who purchased a GallantWEB within 90 days of the new software release will be given a FREE copy of the new software upgrade. Proof of purchase will be required. Please contact our Sales Department for more details by calling (408) 232-0990 or e-mailing sales@gallantry.com.
  • Existing GallantWEB end users who have had the product for more than 90 days will receive a special discounted rate on the new software upgrade. Please contact our Sales Department for more details by calling (408) 232-0990 or e-mailing sales@gallantry.com.

Technical Support Policy

Gallantry will provide technical support for the initial installation and setup of the GallantWEB. Technical support will be limited to the features listed in the product brochure, data sheet and packaging.

Limited third party software/product configuration support can be provided by Gallantry at a rate of $250 per hour.
